Scooby started life with an older couple who bought him from a breeder in Kansas. Everything was fine until the couple divorced. Initial attempts to work with the local Vizsla rescue coordinator to re-home Scooby were unsuccessful; no one wanted a 15-year-old Vizsla that was hard of hearing and peed in the house. So, Scooby arrived at the Vizsla Rescue Haven on July 30, 2007, just one day before he was going to be put to sleep. This very sweet old boy, is enjoying his life at the Haven, playing with toys and dogs, chasing cats, and loving everyone he meets. He is now 18 years old!
